Maybe I'm just a hard gainer???

I had high hopes for this book. I would do the penis exercises every time I would lift weights which was about 3 times a week.
I did this for three months. I kept a written record, and I only missed 4 days out of the three months. My diet was plant based, and I exercise regularly.
I also didn't masturbate or have sex for three months. I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs.
I would jelq in the shower, and do kegels before bed. Over time I listened to my body, and gradually increased the number of kegels and time I jelqed. I would only occasionally stretch (there are other techniques and tips in the book, but I'm just saying what I did).

I didn't want to have surgery, I didn't want to pop pills, so when I heard about this book it IT GAVE ME SOOO MUCH HOPE.
I will continue to do this just in case I'm a "hard gainer." Then I will change my review if I see any improvement.
I'm kind of small down there and it effects me mentally when I'm in the locker room, or with lovers.
If anyone knows of a way I can get bigger I would be much obliged.

what you thought you couldn't do... you can

I had been looking years for way to increase my size. But everything I research what is either a scam or a dead end. But this book really change all of that just using the knowledge of this book for a month has improved everything. So if you want your lady to smile like mine use this book!!!!
