I'm a medical student in the US and ordered this book on a whim to supplement/review cardio material. after going through a few cases, i cannot recommend this book enough. while the initial dx may be simple enough from the history, the authors throw in developments that really force you to think about the case. reading this book is fast, interactive, and very helpful. i plan on buying others from this series
